3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Only registered travel agencies and approved corporate clients may use the platform.
  • Users must provide true and accurate registration information.
  • Users confirm legal authority to book travel services on behalf of customers.

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • TripFriend enables search, booking, modification, and cancellation of services.
  • All services depend on supplier availability and supplier rules.
  • TripFriend acts solely as an intermediary between user and supplier.

5. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATIONS

  • A booking becomes final only after ticket or voucher issuance.
  • Displayed prices remain subject to change until final confirmation.
  • TripFriend is not responsible for supplier system errors or inventory changes.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is required before issuing any service.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed on the platform.
  • Unpaid bookings may be canceled automatically.
  • Users bear all bank and transaction charges.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

  • All changes and cancellations follow airline and hotel policies.
  • Penalties and service fees may apply according to fare rules.
  • Refunds are subject to supplier approval and processing time.
  • TripFriend does not guarantee refund acceptance by suppliers.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users must provide correct passenger and guest details.
  • Users must ensure compliance with visa and travel regulations.
  • Users must review travel dates and conditions before confirmation.
  • Platform misuse may result in suspension or termination.

9. PRICING AND TAXES

  • Prices may include base fares, taxes, and supplier charges.
  • Additional fees may apply based on specific supplier conditions.
  • Local taxes or destination charges remain user responsibility.

10. SERVICE FEES

  • TripFriend may charge service fees for bookings or modifications.
  • All applicable fees are shown before final confirmation.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • TripFriend is not liable for airline schedule changes or hotel issues.
  • TripFriend is not responsible for denied boarding or visa rejection.
  • Liability is limited to the amount of service fees collected.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All platform content and systems belong to Bloom Travel.
  • Users may not copy or distribute any platform materials.

13. ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • Users must protect login credentials at all times.
  • All actions under an account are the responsibility of the user.
  • Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

14. TERMINATION

  • TripFriend may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

15. FORCE MAJEURE
